- your phone number
- your membership card number
Your ticket will be waiting for you at the door on the concert night. Please remember to bring payment!
Q: If I am coming from out of town and you are not selling tickets in advance, can I call ahead and pay by my credit card or reserve?
A: Only when you are a Member can we take reservations via the phone at 416-204-1080 extension 1.
Q: If I do buy an advance ticket on-line, where do I pick it up and when do I have to claim it?
A: TicketWeb gives you the option of having your tickets mailed to you, or “will call.” If you choose the will call option, your name and on-line purchase details will be at the box office on the night of the concert. You will able to pick up your tickets when our box office opens one hour before concert time. Please bring your I.D. and/or the credit card you used to pay with for verification.
Q: Can I drop by the Box Office to find information on upcoming shows?
A: There is no actual BOX --you know the kind-- with the big window enclosing a human being who sits there all day with whom you can speak to through a circular hole like there is at Roy Thomson Hall! So please do not drop by and be disappointed. However, you can always pick up our program guide in the lobby when we are open for a concert (or at more than 100 locations around Toronto), or call us and press 1 to hear a current list of each week’s concert line up. And of course, you can always see our upcoming concerts on our calendar page.
